WHAT TO TRADE

My system was developed around the Nasdaq Composite, therefore the investment vehicle I feel that works best with my signal is Oneq. Oneq is a proxy for trading the Nasdaq Composite. If the Nasdaq Composite goes up 1%, Oneq goes up 1%. If the Nasdaq Composite goes down 1%, Oneq also goes down 1%. If you feel more comfortable trading the Q’s (QQQQ), then they will track my system very well also. I have found that the S&P and the Dow do not always correlate well with the Nasdaq Composite so I wouldn’t recommend trading those indexes with my system.

The Potomac Funds, Profunds, and Rydex mutual funds will work well if you like to use margin to trade for your accounts.  They also are good for retirement accounts as they allow you to sell short through several of their funds, which you can not do with an ETF.
